Cancellation Policy
Cancellations are accepted within 3 days of placing your order.

Returns Policy - Returns & Exchanges
All sales are final and I do not accept returns or exchanges, but please contact me if there are any issues with your order.

Processing Times
Processing time varies from order to order - I typically prep and ship orders within 3-7 business days. Sometimes shipping labels may be printed and dropped off a few days later!
Processing times may be longer during periods of heavy sales or holidays.
If you have any questions about the status of your order, feel free to contact me!

International Shipping
I am able to ship internationally to any countries that accept packages from the US!
I have no control over what postal service handles your package(s) for delivery once it arrives in your country. 
If I find that I am unable to ship your order due to mailing restrictions I will reach out to refund / cancel.

Customs and Import Taxes
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I am not responsible for delays due to customs. I will not label items as gifts to lessen VATs.

You received an incorrect order / an item was missing / damaged item / package marked as "delivered" but still missing
Please contact me with all relevant information and I will do my best to help you fix the issue!

Orders returned to sender / incorrect address returns
If you made an error inputting your shipping information, please notify me as soon as possible before your order is shipped.
Otherwise, if a package is returned to me due to incorrect address information, you will have to purchase an additional shipping fee.
